Once a week, Little K is taking a swimming lesson.
Today is a little bit busy day for me, but his big smile while swimming in the pool makes me so happy.

チーズトースト、ジャムトースト(イチゴジャム&マーマレード)、
イチゴ、ブルーベリーヨーグルト、牛乳
Cheese toast,strawberry jam and orange marmalade on toast,
strawberries, blueberry yogurt and 2 cups of milk.
We have bread for breakfast most days. When my little K was young, he was often constipated so I serve him yogurt every morning.

水泳の日はお弁当を持っていきます。お弁当はなんだか特別なようで喜んで食べてくれます。
